Ryan Patrick Toncheff

Managing Director, Institutional Credit & Capital Advisory

MBA

Ryan Patrick Toncheff is a Managing Director and Partner at Perrin & Co. He brings more than 20 years of experience across middle-market commercial banking, institutional credit, complex lending, executive finance, and business restructuring.

He spent much of his career advising privately held companies from the lender's side of the table, evaluating credit risk, structuring financing, managing challenged relationships, and helping businesses navigate periods of growth, transition, and financial pressure.

Ryan later transitioned into an operating Chief Financial Officer role within a large privately held family enterprise comprising more than 100 entities. The organization included one of California's largest privately held farming operations, with more than 70,000 acres of agricultural holdings, as well as commercial real estate, development, construction, manufacturing, transportation, and other operating businesses.

In that role, Ryan led and supported complex matters involving capital structure, liquidity, institutional lenders, centralized treasury, multi-entity cash management, restructuring, stakeholder negotiations, and executive financial decision-making.

His experience includes commercial lending, debt strategy, lender negotiations, capital structure evaluation, liquidity planning, operational finance, restructuring, and strategic decision support across agriculture, real estate, construction, manufacturing, transportation, distribution, and diversified family-owned businesses.

Ryan's technology work includes LORIQ Technologies, a firm specializing in custom software solutions, and Commercial Credit Intelligence™ by LORIQ, a patent-pending SaaS platform that brings modern technology to the management of commercial credit facilities. He is also a Partner and Strategic Advisor to Meridian CPAs, LLP, which addresses the accounting and tax needs of middle-market companies.

His work also extends into financial media and editorial intelligence as Editor of BELLINGS NEWS, a platform designed to help financial professionals identify and prioritize consequential developments across financial reporting and institutional sources. That work reflects a consistent theme across Ryan's career: turning large amounts of complex financial information into clearer decisions.

Ryan's community leadership includes service as Treasurer, Finance Committee Chair, and Executive Board Member Emeritus for a Boys & Girls Club organization serving thousands of youth across 15 locations. He is also a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Ryan's approach is grounded in the belief that strong financial decisions require analytical discipline, independent judgment, practical experience, and the ability to execute. He is a firm believer in the power of technology to drive efficiency and maximize returns.

Ryan's advisory work is closely aligned with Capital Structure Advisory and Interim & Fractional CFO Support, and Interim Executive Management.
