Brad Collier

Brad Collier is a Managing Director in Perrin & Co.'s Financial & Operational Leadership Advisory practice. He works with stakeholders, executive teams, and investors to strengthen the financial and operational disciplines that determine how a company actually performs — cash flow, working capital, unit economics, forecasting, and accountability at the operating level.

Brad brings more than twenty years of executive leadership across finance and operations, including service as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Finance, and fractional Chief Financial Officer for a range of privately held and private equity-backed companies. His CFO experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for a primary care network within a healthcare system before transitioning into a fractional executive leadership role. Unlike a traditional CFO profile, his career has combined financial leadership with direct operating responsibility — and with firsthand ownership experience — giving him an unusually practical perspective on how financial decisions translate into operational performance and long-term business value.

His industry experience spans multi-location healthcare organizations, home health, wellness practices, franchise systems, automotive services, manufacturing, and other multi-unit and growth-stage businesses. He has led organizations through periods of rapid growth, margin pressure, and operational change, with particular depth in businesses where performance is won or lost location by location.

Brad's work centers on improving the fundamentals: strengthening cash flow and working capital, building forecasting and budgeting models that management actually uses, developing KPI frameworks that connect financial results to operational drivers, improving unit-level economics, and preparing companies for capital events. He supports executive teams as both a strategic advisor and executive leader, providing Chief Financial Officer and operational leadership that helps organizations improve financial performance, strengthen execution, and build scalable businesses.
