Margo Masri

Managing Director, Finance & Accounting Advisory

Margo Masri is a Managing Director in Perrin & Co.'s Finance & Accounting Advisory practice. She brings more than 20 years of experience across finance, accounting, and advisory, with particular depth in controller-level accounting leadership, financial reporting, and accounting operations and outsourcing for privately held and middle-market businesses.

Her work centers on accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash-flow reporting, multi-entity financial management, accounting process and systems improvement, internal financial controls, financial schedules, payroll reporting oversight, tax readiness, and financial data quality.

Margo provides interim and transitional finance leadership when a company needs to stabilize its accounting function and financial reporting during a controller or finance-leadership vacancy, a leave of absence, a post-transaction transition, or a period of finance-function disruption.

As a secondary capability, Margo provides tax planning, tax readiness, analysis, and coordination with appropriately credentialed tax professionals for closely held businesses, family offices, and multi-entity structures. Her tax-related work may include entity-structure considerations, partnership and S-corporation matters, real estate taxation, and multi-state considerations.

Her tax-related advisory is limited to planning, readiness, analysis, and coordination with appropriately credentialed tax professionals; it does not include tax return preparation or tax representation requiring licensure or other authority.

Earlier in her career, Margo led accounting and advisory engagements and a team of full-charge accounting professionals serving businesses and individuals. Her experience includes month-end financial reporting, budgets, payroll reporting, detailed financial schedules, variance and transaction analysis, and coordination with outside CPAs and other professional advisors.

Margo's approach combines practical accounting leadership with disciplined reporting, process improvement, and clear coordination across the finance function.
