It is not written to our database, and it is not retained by Perrin & Co. after the session ends.

AI conversation content is not used for marketing, lead generation, employee evaluation, or any unrelated business purpose.

Please do not enter highly sensitive, privileged, regulated, or personally identifiable information — for example, account numbers, Social Security numbers, health information, or privileged legal materials — into the assistant.

To generate a response, the messages you enter are transmitted to a third-party AI service provider, which processes them to return a reply. That processing — including any retention or handling the provider applies — is governed by the provider's own terms and privacy practices and is outside Perrin & Co.'s control. Perrin & Co. does not itself store the content of these conversations: they are not written to our database or server logs and exist only in your browser during the session.

The AI assistant is not a channel for documents. Please do not attempt to share financial statements, tax returns, agreements, or other files through it, and note that it cannot access documents you upload elsewhere. To share files with us securely, use our Secure Document Exchange, which is kept entirely separate from the AI assistant.
